Brett packed on muscle throughout his entire body. We accomplished this while keeping his body fat low - the proof is in his ripped abs. Brett’s hard work, consistency and positive attitude have been the keys to his success. Throughout our training Brett has had several specific goals. Whether it was to look his best for an important social event or to win a challenging physical competition, we tailored our training to achieve the results he needed. Rich lost 25 pounds of fat and added several pounds of muscle. He went from 3 pushups to 33 and counting. He has increased his hamstring/lower back range of motion by seven inches and his posture is much better.
