I currently train in the Atlanta area at a personal training gym in Sandy Springs, as well as at my clients' residences, and even outside at the park (usually in Chamblee). If you're not in that area I also can train you virtually! Whatever your preference is, I'm happy to accommodate!
Great question! Yes and yes. I'm certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and I carry liability insurance. You're in good hands!

Whether you're training 6x/week or 2x/week, whether it's a 12 month agreement or a month to month program, at my gym, the park, or your residence, we'll structure a program that will get you results and work with your budget. When we meet, we'll discuss your goals and your schedule and choose the best program for you.
