I mostly train around the West Hollywood area at a personal training gym as well as at my clients' residences and even outside at the park. If you're not in that area I also can train you virtually! Whatever your preference is, I'm happy to accommodate!
Great question! Yes and yes. I'm certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and I carry liability insurance. You're in good hands!

The short answer: it depends. I offer various programs tailored to each client's individual needs. Whether you're training 6x/week or 2x/week, whether it's a 12 month agreement or a month to month program, at my gym, the park, or your residence, we'll structure a program that will get you results and work with your budget. When we meet, we'll discuss your goals and your schedule and choose the best program for you. Then, I'll give you a full, complimentary personal training session geared toward your specific goals so you can feel the value of my service before any commitment.
